Shipping & Returns

Returns from the website may be accepted within 7 days of receiving goods. Please read the list of items that cannot be returned.

All return costs will be covered by the purchaser unless the goods are faulty. 

Once the goods are received, inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as they were purchased, the purchaser will receive a code to use online or a refund to the card or account used. The manager reserves the right to not accept a return if it is deemed to be unreasonable or acceptable. In this instance, your statutory rights will not be affected.

Where an item is faulty please email images to contact@rosiesboutiquearbroath.co.uk within 7 days and you will be contacted about courier pick up and refund where applicable.

Please make sure you are happy with your choices before continuing with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, email or call 07985133900 to talk to a member of staff. 

We cannot accept the return of food items, socks, baby items, earrings, sunglasses, slippers and seasonal items - in the case that there are faults or damage please photograph immediately upon receipt and contact us by phone or email.
